Senior Vice President, Growth
Dan Gadd was named Senior Vice President of Growth for the Dream in 2022. In the role, he leads the Dream’s overall unified growth strategy across marketing, digital, ticketing, sponsorships and business intelligence, pushing the units to operate as one team with a clear vision.
Prior to the role, Gadd served as the senior director of digital strategy with the Atlanta Falcons for five years. Gadd also brings experience outside of professional sports. He spent four years with Taylor Strategy, serving as a director of digital strategy and later vice president of digital strategy. During that time, he provided strategic counsel to a number of Fortune 150 brands, including Procter & Gamble, IBM, Nike and Capital One.
He played a role in the initial vision for Ticketmaster Studios, a state-of-the-art facility for creating and developing digital content at the Falcons’ training facility in Flowery Branch. Gadd also previously served as the director of new media for the Chicago Bears and a multimedia specialist with the Jacksonville Jaguars.
